I won't be on too much for the next couple of weeks.

I'm working on some home improvements and such for the next couple of weeks. I'll try to be on my normal days of Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, but all the rest will be tough for me. I might even miss some of my normal days as you might have seen last night. These projects should be done within a few weeks, so I should be back on track by then.

ok bud i have been playen like poop.

Yeah well, your poop game is still better than mine. Last night was historic for me. I turned off my xbox in the middle of a game. Ever since I prestiged again I haven't played the same. People say... it will get better when you level up, I don't think so. Maps are coming out so fast now I can't get used to playing them. I was just getting used to the stimulus package and wham, here's another 5 maps. I know everyone likes getting new maps, because the game gets a little old otherwise. I just don't like how fast they introduced them. I guess 6 months isn't all that bad, it's just a little quick for me. Not to mention, we used to be a communication type team, now all I hear is social stuff while we're playing. It's either someone yelling cuz they're pissed off or other people yapping about shit that doesn't have anything to do with the game. I think it's about time for an iDz overhaul. I'm going to take time this week to talk to every member and see what their status is, their concerns, and if they want to be in the clan at all.

There are some people here that have put a lot into the clan and there are others that are just riding their sacks looking for handouts. I don't believe in welfare, food stamps, aid to illegal aliens; I certainly am not gonna give handouts when it comes to the clan. If people don't start stepping it up in game battles, website activity, and communication; they can start looking elsewhere.

I feel you because i am having the same problems. And as far as the team go's their are some members who eat ,sleep and breath iDz. I think that all the leaders should have a meeting and talk about how to fix things and get back on track. Plus i think that we should make our game battles team smaller that way we can work on plans for all the maps.

i will agree the last couple of weeks have indeed popped up its fair share of unconfortable moments that def. took away the concentration of play. Ive recently conversated the matter to mr. brown and do agree that there should be some separation of time for practice and a time for socialism. A set team for game battles with the addition of one or two back up players is not out of the picture at all in my opinion. Like any business or franchise, all individuals have specific rolls and titles. may i suggest those whom take on combat rolls, commercialism and endorsements, and recruitment. maybe even a specific clan tag may be encouraged for each seperate roll. thx onyx

I feel you both on that. The question is, who do we enroll in this established game battles team? I agree that it is too big and it's hard to train. So, now, we must choose. We already know of certain members that are a must for the team, because they have shown up through thick and thin to play on gamebattles. This is a list of people that I feel we have to include. Please forgive me if I forget someone, I'm not able to pull up gamebattles at work.

That right there is 12 guys. They've all been here for gamebattles when we needed them. Lord Zeus is on a tight schedule right now because of sports, I've already talked with him about this and I don't feel like we should disclude him. 12 is still better than 20, but how do you pick a core for that 11. I see value in each player. I do feel however that when any of these players are on, they should be able to practice or participate in GameBattles. I believe that these guys are the first to be rotated into our gameplay. These are the people that should either practice or play in Game Battles on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. I also believe that we should drop our team that is set up right now. iDz Inc. should be disbanded, a new beast shall arise! That way we can eliminate the old players that don't play much and start with a new record.
One thing we need to keep in mind is that there are more iDz members out there. We still need to handle duties outside of Game Battles. As Onyx stated, we still need to handle combat training, commercialism, and recruitment. I feel that when the core team is playing together, the others from the 11 should handle that duty. The one thing I need to know, out of the 11, are they dedicated to iDz, is this where they want to be? Would they be willing to train and such to our non-gamebattles members. I know that if there were six already playing and I was an extra, I would be happy to handle the other duties, but that's me. Would our others be willing to sacrifice playing with their friends and help our clan. This is key. I dont mean they cant play against the Core players, but if the core players are playing GB, do they understand what they should be doing?
That is why we need to talk to each of the 12 and to the rest of iDz to see where everyone stands. I appreciate your help and I expect we can move forward by the end of this week. When you talk to someone, please let me know on here. And once again, if I missed anyone, I am truly sorry.

I agree, I havent been able to play with you guys, for about 2 weeks, I had my disk break and family problems I couldn't get to the store, but im back and ready to play. So please dont exclude me from the gb team, im back and im willing to play and put 110%. i agree with the fact, we dont call out like we used to. Maybe we should do a private match pratice, on calling out certin spots.

I havent been in iDz very long but i sill feel it is a great clan. And i love playing with you guys it's awesome. I havent been playing much with you guys no, but my exams are coming up and my girlfriend is going through some stuff so i havent been able to even play much. I am greatly sorry. But i would still love to help in anyway i can. I will try and help out to the best of my current abilties.

I appreciate your comments and support. Blitz, you will always be iDz as far as i'm concerned. I watched you start off and grow really quick, your skillz proved yourself in a matter of weeks. Although there are 12 that will be on the GameBattles team for now, you will be in the clan (as well as some others). There is a possibility that more than one team will be playing in Game battles in the future, once your situations have settled, we would love to have you on one of them. Just an FYI, New recruits will not join into our clan and game battles team, just our clan. We will figure out other details in the soon future. p.s. I expect this site to be used by the core 12. All new recruits into the clan must register and be active here also. This web site is a great tool and I expect it to be utilized!

I don't disagree with anything you said. I do feel like we should probably take the time at some point and walk through each of the maps with the core players. We talk about offensive and defensive positions on the map, what to do if someone is taken out, etc. There are some maps that I feel I could use some pointers on...I might even be able to provide a little insight on where to plant a few claymores too! Very Happy

If we do the private match walk-throughs, we need to be certain that everyone knows to keep their mouth shut so that it doesn't become chaotic and turn into a social or shouting match...and people aren't killing each other, distracting away from the learning experience. This will only help us to learn what to expect of each other.

Additionally, I feel that any time a "core" player signs on to play, a non-core player should be bumped to the other team so that the core players have as many opportunities to play together as possible and improve their skills for GBs...My 2 cents.

The new game battles team is up. If you didn't receive an invite don't consider it as negative. We just decided to make a core team for game battles. You will still be in the clan and you will have the opportunity to tryout for the game battles team or any other GB teams we might establish in the near future. The core was determined by a couple facts; availability for Game Battles play, knowledge of positions, and call outs.
